- Orders: If there is ANY problem with your order, use the Contact Form to email me and let me know what happened - - I will fix it right away!
- Shipping: I use the cheapest shipping method available (usually First Class Mail; literally just stamps on an envelope) on orders of flat items, so I sometimes can't provide tracking. This way I can offer free shipping in the US on things that don't require additional packaging. :)
- Prices: I only charge you what I must to cover producing the items and getting them to you. If you're interested in a large quantity, use code 10FORTWENTY to get 20% off 10+ items. Email me for bulk pricing or donation requests!
